McLintock!

videoThis is the first spanking to take place in this epic movie. The spanker is John Wayne's son in real life and the lovely spankee is Stephanie Powers who was only seventeen at the time. This great scene is often overlooked when we speak of the Mclintock spanking.
videoPerhaps the greatest Hollywood spanking ever. Many of you have seen it already but I had to post it being a huge John Wayne fan and all. I love the chase that takes place prior to him spanking her and the way all the town people gather around to watch this spectacular event.

I saw this movie when I was around 13, and it was a huge experience. :) At the time, I didn't expect men to spank women like that. I just wished for it. I thought spanking was just something that happened to us kids. It sure happened to Miss Powers and Miss O'Hara, and right out in front of an audience. Wow.

Thanks for posting this, Veronica.

Veronica,

Awesome, just saw the movie last night and well, yes got hard during both spankings.

Similar to Brett I saw this for the first time, I was in 8th grade or so, could not believe I got hard watching the spankings and in front of my brother and his wife, but they did not notice. This movie was a coming out for many of us in my generation.

Thanks for sharing.

Best regards,

Ron

Just a follow up, being a John Wayne fan, I read in one of his biographies, that Maureen O'Hara was bruised and sore for days after this scene. Apparently the Duke did many of his own stunts including delivering a real hard spanking, according to the biography it was a real spanking!

Always

Ron

Funnily enough I can confirm the story on Maurine O Hara, she was a good friend of my late mothers they used to play a thing called camoigue together in Ireland and remained good friends till her death 25 odd years ago.
While watching the movie she said it in passing to my father how she [Maureen] agreed so long it was only one take.
