Before the internet there was...

...growing up in Georgia in the 1960s, with a very strict, religious mother who believed in not sparing the rod ! A world of black n white...and our alabaster-white botties gotten very red at home !

Oh my ! Wonderful photos Veronica. Close to home. Oh my ! I would have these photos in my autobiography already. I'm writing now, it in my late 50s.

Yes Veronica, I found mother-daughter photo scenarios in those 1970s magazines so compelling already Veronica. A mesmerizing account of my own strict, 1960s, Southern childhood ! Those memorable magazines and shops in the 1970s and early 80s - I had gotten to college, left home and then was working in a big company in the big city. And then videos gotten invented.

That last wonderful photo is my lil' sister over our mom's knee, 1960s. I am watching and am next in line for a whooping !
Love that artistic, wooden, back-scratcher, shoe-horn spanky-stick :-)

Back then, our mother actually used a flexible, rattan switch for us girls - and yes, applied to a bare botty too without exception, sadly !! :-(
Panties gotten pulled down without fuss ! That was normal. That was the punishment we gotten from mom growing up, Veronica.

Sure did us good - sister and me gotten to stop lying and throwing tantrums. Never smoked and gotten very well-behaved over the years !
Thank you Veronica - very nostalgic.
Naughty Lil' Brenda xx
